The Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center, a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to cancer patients, is excited to announce a new survey initiative dedicated to improving the quality of care and support offered throughout the cancer journey.
To obtain a more complete picture of patients’ cancer care experiences and how The Leever Cancer Center can best help and support them, Leever is launching four separate surveys for different groups: primary care physicians, physician specialists, Leever patients, and community members.
The surveys are designed to assess how each member of patients’ medical teams can deliver the most effective care, including what type of care patients expect from PCPs and specialists and how both can support Leever patients in returning to their pre-cancer lives. The information obtained from the surveys will be vital to the Leever team as they plan for patient care initiatives in 2024 and beyond.
Please consider completing the survey to help patients transition back into life following cancer care. It should take no more than five minutes to complete.
