The front office at the Leever Cancer Center is, for many, the first face-to-face interaction with Leever and, for just over 18 years, Office Manager Dianne Bedard kept it running like a well-oiled machine.
“Dianne was instrumental in establishing policies and procedures that allowed every member of the front office team to make meaningful contributions to our day-to-day operations, and, more importantly, to make every patient feel welcome,” said Operations Director Deborah Parkinson.
